i was actully working at a major hotel in the city center when 9/11 happened and we put up all the passangers of the planes the had to come back from the states and they knew what happerned but could not speak to there family or freinds and it was a horrible night young girls who was traverling home did not know if there family were safe or not or vice versa horrible night.......

he is right thats why i watch independent channels like fox but im sure british doesnt show independent channels because they blind you with what they want you to watch

hey man, independant channels like fox? hate to break it to ya but fox isn't as independent as you think. or atleast they won't be if micheal powell wins this battle encouraging media deregulation. ever hear of clear channel. well,they own the majority of america's air waves and now, from what i hear, they're filterng into television. there was a national protest day on may 29 against it all, but i'm not sure how or if it affected anything. anyways, sorry to get off topic.

but once they're owned by clear channel, its not going to be any different. fox is gonna go first just because of that. its a power struggle and whoever's in charge, especially clear channel, is gonna make sure they're dependant.
