Ivy, i think it is legal in Vegas to have like a gram on you. prostitution is legal so im assuming weed is...

also what other states say doesnt matter, any state can make its own laws.

for example, in some states the age of consent is 15 while in others its 18.

Yo ill start putting seed everywhere i go this is a pretty good idea and if it dont work it will atleast pist peopel off which is a good enuf reason for me.

That is a really good idea ! Really I have been doing that for a while cause everytime that I am outside I throw my seeds on the ground. But now I am going to make it a point. Plus it will make me and my stoner buddies feel like we are doing something productive.
