Chances are that he wasnt a cop and that he was just a fuckin' weirdo that wanted to rape you Why would some random dude ask you and your friends to come drink at his house, that sounds very odd Not even a cop would do that, because if it was a cop you could plead in court that he put a gun to you and forced you to get drunk

what you need to know when dealing with the law is:
SHUT THE FUCK UP
dont say a word (if you KNOW its a cop, or even if said undercover is rather suspicious)
if they start asking you questions, you DONT have to answer. simply be polite and explain to them that you are invoking your 5th amendment to remain silent. also explain to them that you will not speak to them unless your attorney is present (you dont have to have one, a court can appoint you one)

and most importantly, do not resist. if a cops says something like "will i find anything here" don't say no, idiot. say this "i do not condone you searching (whatever)"

if arrested (for no reason, cuffed or stuck in the back of a car) dont physically resist. cops have big sticks, they will beat you. simply say "i will not physically resist, however you are doing this against my will" make sure to say everything rather loud so as their mics/video cameras will pick it all up.

also if a cop is just being a dick, simply ask them if you are under arrest or otherwise being detained. if they say no, walk the fuck away.
