The image must be online..then simply right-click the image and select "properties". Copy the entire URL and paste it in your post. Use the Img button to bookend the url with [img] and [/img].

Man use the site Caro told me bout....It may be slow but it DOES work good...once u get to your pic right click on it and go to I think "properties" then find the URL or wut ever the thing with http:// infront of it and copy/paste that between the [img] things
