think i know what you talkin about...it goes like "brrrrraaaaaaaaaaaaaattt" if that's what it is...it's actually a "call" or "noise" that the bloods gang make...but yea i've seen these annoying kids as well who make these noise....i just tell em to shut the fuck up
...unless if its a bunch of big guys all dressed in red...in that case there's no need to tell em to shut up cause somethings probably goin down haha
