I am extremely confused!

This is probably what happened:

You're out at school and your mom has just finished doing the laundry. She goes to her stash hidden in a shoebox in her closet but finds herself without papers!! Knowing that most college kids smoke the reefer, she checked a few of your drawers before finding your papers. After she rolled herself a chubby spliff and smoked it down, she couldn't remember where your items were in the drawer so she put them back how she had perceived them upon their initial discovery.

My friend, she is just letting you know that she knows about you smoking, she probably did it too when she was younger, so saying anything would make her hippocritical. if i were you id just leave it and see if she says anything, after all, shes the one that tidied your stuff up in the first place.
