The only type of person that would file a complaint because his/her neighbor has a dry front lawn is a fagot snobby Caucasian white son of a whore.

it's not that hard lol, you come back from a party at four am, you see a Benz a beemer or whatever fancy shmancy cars those snobby assholes own, you walk over the the driver's door and just piss all over the handle/rest of the car (depending on how big a pee it is of course:p).

It dries up and the ammoniac gets all smelly and sticky, very jummy :p oh, and don't forget to stick gum in the locks! (all four/five of them)
