Too much is when you've already had about ten drinks then you decide its time to ripp a bong. That is when too much is too much as you will probably be able to tell from the puke stain on the floor.

yeah your ok ive smoked every single day for the past 2 years and my usage goes up and down depending on how my life is going, right now i smoke about an ounce and a half a week, when i wake up, before work, after work, whenever...other than being slightly dazed all the time and being labeled as a hardcore stoner, ive been fine. cheers.
