Oh and by the way, a teacher isn't allowed to search you. I'm pretty sure it has to be an officer and they need to have a warrant to search you or have enough evidence to search you. If they didn't have either of those things, if you go before a judge you can get the charges dropped.

I have a suggestion. If you know anyone at school that would never carry weed on them, say that you bought it from them at school. Tell them you are ready to make a written statement or whatever they're called. Thats what I did when I was arrested at school, and they told me since I did that, they wouldn't do a change of placement. Good luck on probation though. Sucks getting arrested the same week of 4 20.

Erm. Yes well the only problem with that is that I dont talk to Police. Im not rude nor do I especially hate them seeing as I know if my car were stolen or house robbed theyd be the first ones I turned to. I just dont talk to them when it has to do with somebody else, Im not a rat, theyve already tried getting me to tell them where I got it from, they know I know, however they dont have the evidence and Ill be damned if theyre ever going to get it from me. Im still smoking on 4/20 though I dont have court till May 8. At lwast there IS a bright side of things.

If your with a school function or your on school property, any teacher or principle has 100% legal rights to search you even with no evidence or suspicion. They don't need a police officer or a warrant.

When you was out there getting money from it everything was fine.

Dude when you get caught what you need to do is take responisbiility learn from your fuck ups and move on, not bring down as many people as possible along with you. Snitching is out of the question. I just wouldnt have the stoumach to look at myself in the mirror.

Same thing so its just a couple moths, but Im probably moving, up north to the pensacola area, so it kinda sucks that I cant finish up the year.

Yep, Im done beating myself up about it, I had plenty of time to do that in my holding cell, I worked out evry possibility and came to the same conclusion every time, Im fucked. Now that Ive accepted it I can move on and learn my lesson, for there was a lesson learned, and its a pretty big one. Despite popular belief, I am not Invincible. Shocked? I know. I was too. So I realize if theres absolutley NOTHING I can do, whatever Ive gotta move on. Which is why I think one of the most insightful characters to any movie is Dory from Finding Nemo, Just keep swimming is quite possibly the ebst advice ever.
