he was still in a house which he shouldnt have been, and if he claims that his intentions were not to steal then 1. why else would he be in the hosue 2. freinds might rad him out and say that he was there to steal

You basically confessed right here online...Not the smartest thing considering that you have a REALLY pissed off house owner on the look-out. A guy who in my opinion would have to be pretty connected to be able to trackdown all of the guys who broke into his house while he wasn't even home. With decent computer skill, he could easily track your online activity, including instant messages and emails to your friends. He could also find out what you are posting on this very forum. This evidence is permissible in a court of law. Delete this post.

u could just say u were following ur friends and it was peer pressure, u werent there to steal anything just to stay with your friends u know... and also make sure u say that u were drunk too cuz i think thats sumtimes used as an excuse to get out of crimes. and i would probably erase any personal info u got on this site just incase tha court finds this, they wont have proof that its you...

Okay guys, long story short, gor caught today with 2 jays, weighing about 3 grams, within 500 yards of the school (however I wasnt actually in class). So Ive got 25 days before court and Im just trying to figure out wether ot not you guys think Im going to get kicked out of the school.

Theres a huge chance you'll get expelled from school, just a small joint can get a person expelled and fined a few hundred from having it at school.

Well see had I actually been like in school Id say defiantley expelled, but Im kind of half hoping for a chance from God (Or any other listening deity out there prepared to barter help for my soul.) that because I wasnt actually in class or anything just within the range of the Fuckedness of the school that I happen to be going to.
