Why do i spit and cough so much?

i spit alllllll the time... (dont get any dirty ideas lmao)... its like my mouth is never dry enough, and i have to get it all out,...

i find its because of the smell/taste is leaves in ur saliva that makes u wana spit it out...

i am a chronic cougher when it comes to smoking.

i think that being a chain cigarette smoker doesn`t help.

my friends often make fun of me for coughing so much when we`re getting high, but, i can`t help it!
