The country's changed a lot since you were here Dan. Sure there's poverty and chaos but then where is there not.. Plus the chaos here is ordered, in a way and we're all used to it. It's just pothead white hippes that don't get it
The US recently signed a nuclear deal with India, supplying us with civil and with possiblitie of military capabalities in the near future.
English is what the world uses to communicate, more so the States, than anywhere else. And more people in India speak English than they do in China.
Anyone recall Nostradamus' prediction off the end of the world?
His shit was written some time in 14th century France. Round about the same time as the Church was supreme.
If any of you recall the Da Vinci Code, and you will notice one fact that no one contests. That the Church altered many documents, if not all, to their purpose.
So could have been Nostradamus' predictions.
The end of the world, the bastardized English translation we have now says, loosely, :
That a man with a blue turban will come out of the east and he will enter Europe and there will follow a thousand years of peace.
It could also mean, once you think of it, since the United States wasn't around in the 14th century, that he meant the most powerful land in the world.
Tie that in with the man in the blue turban. It could be our Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, who's been wearing one since as long as I can remember. Or it could mean, like some say, that the blue turban merely means an Indian. Since blue turban could be turban-shpaed land surrounded by water.
I want you guys to think of another layer to all this.
The sacred feminine.

The turban is shaped like a /\ and behind Manmohan SIgh, in this country, it is Sonia Gandhi \/ who is the power behind the throne.
this whole country is one giant \/ .. we are probably the last country in the world where the goddess is still worshipped openly, widely and always has been. The hindus think the cow, for example is their mother, which is why we have so many roaming freely, blocking traffic...
Ten years ago, everybody i knew out of college wanted to go to America and get a Green Card..
Today, there are so many foreigners in Delhi, its not funny. I walk out and its like New York!
