Aside from cancer there's other health factors that effect your everyday life. It fucks up your lungs to the point where you get that nasty hollow sounding smokers cough and it stores in your muscle. So you're weaker and your muscles don't heal as well.

this is true. thats why you dont go over 1-3 cigs a day. thats why i needed to cut down to a pack a month, it got in the way of my parkour training. but i'll never "quit". its too enjoyable

Yeah I understand people have the right to smoke cigs it's all good but just understand that lung cancer is the least of you're worries. I try to not put harmful things into my body, but hey that's just me. I like living healthy.

That's still a lot! I think if you took the amount of cigs and averaged out the time since having my first cig....It be about one a month :O!

i dont smoke cigs, but i have as aftertoke, and it gets you fuckin stoned:)

i dont like smokin them though, because my lungs/throat were all gross and phlemy after smoking it

I started smoking when I was 16 because I wanted to "be cool" with the rest of my friends. Now that that time in my life has come and gone, the cigarette still stays firmly smouldering between my fingers.

I've tried quitting once and lasted 2 days before nearly going insane.

In my province, they're passing some law that will make it illegal to smoke anywhere besides inside your car or your own home/property. That's the new law in a nutshell. No smoking in ANY building whatsoever. We used to have "smoking rooms" in bars and resturants...now those are gone.

Picture this...you cannot smoke cigarettes in a bar while drinking. Nor can you smoke at a coffee shop. I even heard that if the cops are that bored and feel like ticketing you, they can issue a ticket or warning if you're walking down the street smoking a cig.

Basically, they're doing all this shit to get us smokers fed up enough to quit. I guess Canada doesn't believe in these kinds of freedoms. I know all the facts about how smoking kills/smells bad/gives you different forms of cancer...but telling people there is no place left to smoke freely is really a blow to the balls.

in montreal 1/3 of the bars are now bankrupted or will be this winter...

shit is really wack! whats the point of going to a bar and pay 5$ for a beer and not have the right to smoke a cig, im addicted to cigs when im drunk, everytime i get drunk i buy a pack of cigs and finish it in the same night, the only place we can smoke are like random bars 421921491429 milles away from montreal (just for the fact that theyre aint no cops around) ...


kinda gay, at my school they tell everyone to smoke they cigs like 500metres away from the school door, i dont smoke but all my friend does and i hangout with them outside when they smoke so it affects me in a way...


some times u see cops come to give ppl tickets... 130$ for smoke a cig and 80$ for smoking a joint.... i dont get it cigs are gettin more illegal then joints

It passes time, it's relaxing, wonderful and I'm hopelessly addicted to the fuckers. If I have no smokes, I empty the butts from my ashtray and skin up that shit. It's good rolling practice.

i never knew i was such a heavy smoker....i go through a pack in 1-2 days, depending on who im with and what im doing, maybe ill try to cut down -_-
