because a rat isn't a monkey, althoguh i have thought about it further and i have come to the conclution that rats are used widely in animal testing so in theory wouldn't cannabis effect a rat in the same way it effects a human? i mean they are definately addicted to nicotine, they eat my fag butts! ill film it and post it, when your high its fucking funny
