Ah braces... how much I loathed photos in the start of high school.

I did that whole whitening thing done because when I was a baby/kid I had high fevers a lot and then the meds which they said caused my enamel to be a bit discolored.
I'm still supposed to be using this whitening stuff with my retainers but I dont do it that often...

:D Sounds good then. Can't have Jesus all squinty eyed either.

I debate about getting laser surgery but I saw it on tv once and they like do it while you're awake! Lord I couldnt have something coming at my eye when I'm awake! Makes me think contacts really aren't all that bad.

Yup thats what i was told..ill be given local anaesthesia (ill be damned if im gonna let anyone stick a needle in my eyelid!!!) and then a metal plate is placed on the eyeball to hold it in place. After that the laser thingy moves into position above your eye and a red dot does everything else..

im a little concerned about the metal plate bit...

I've heard too many horror stories to evenconsider laser sugery. Plus they havent been doing it long enough to truley know the long term effects. For all you know you could be completely blind by the time your 50 just because you had this surgery.

Im definately considering getting my teeth bleached. Has anyone on this stie had their teeth bleached or is animal's scrapping the closest?

Mine were bleached... I think. They did a few things on my teeth and it was about two years ago.

Did it hurt? Did it tastre really strange? Was their a noticable difference before and after? Do you think it was worth having it done?

No I don't think it hurt, can hardly remember if there was an odd taste or not, but I'd guess so be that usually happens at a dentist.
I believe there was a difference after, I had some discoloring of my teeth because of high fevers as a baby and such.
I'm supposed to still be whitening them, but I dont ever do it as often as I should.
