yes i know that but i meant it is all in your head to control your self and not go over board i did it for about 5-6 month and i would do it weekly i was up to an eight ball but it started screwing with my anxiety and i had to stop other the slight mood alterations i love it and am counting down the days when i can do it again

So you honestly think by taking some time off that you are going to be able to keep your doses small? The same process is going to happen again as it did the first time and you will be up to an eight ball a lot faster then you were the first time.

Did some coke again last night for new years eve. Only bought a half gram and still have a line or two left. Not a great fan of it, but it got the job done I guess. Dont think i'll be taking it again after this baggie is finished.

Done some coke about an hour ago, maybe just over. (no more than 0.1grams). Now i've just smoked a spliff.

Im really out of breath and all im doing is sitting here.
My breaths for some reason have to be really short.

Is this normal?

GAZ, that's perfectly normal.

To the creator of this thread, if you want any advice on coke, mine is this: stay the fuck away. It might seem fine to do it once in awhile but you can die any time you do it. It's really dumb to present yourself with that evil false sense of happiness..find other ways to make yourself happy. Please. If you don't listen to that I don't know what to say to you man.
