Surely they cant do you for trafficing unless they have evidence you've actually sold weed. If you where GOING to sell weed then you'd get done for intent to supply, If you had scales on you and lots of weed you'd get done for Intent to supply, but if they actually saw u dealing then you'd get done for trafficing. Thats how it works over here anyway.

scale = trafficing. no questions asked.

Same over here, if they find a large stash and a scale on you, you're going down for trafficking.

But surely they cant charge you with trafficing unless you actually do it, until you actually sell the weed its only intent to supply isnt it?

For instance if you where going to rob somebody's house but you didnt actually break in before you got caught, you wouldnt get arrested for theft, you'd get done for attempted robbery.

not really sure i think it had to do something to do with that they took his uncle for something else and they were gonna search the property for evidence. Yes I agree. Just for the record I wasnt saying im right, your wrong. I was just saying what seems logical, but thinking about it, since when was the law worked out using logic?

I think they work under the assumption that if you have a lot of weed and a scale, you've been dealing before they caught you.
