I know it's fun to play gangsters, but you know what sucks though, eventually one of you will run into them when you're alone (or the other way around) and someone is gonna get killed. They beat a friend of mine to death a couple of years ago. Same thing as you, fight in the next town, one time he was alone and bam, he's not with us any more. I'm not trying to make you paranoid, I'm just saying, be careful and don't get carried away. That kind of shit can go very wrong.

I don't get involved in shit like that around here. There are so many crews and shit i'd get beaten down. Recently there was an Open mic night in brighton. Now usually it's held in london, but since they realised brighton kids were coming down everytime to battle london crews they bought it up to brighton. The night was quality, amazing mcin from everyone. Then the brighton crew went up, they started dissing the london side even though gang mentality is disqulifiable, it's meant to be about the lyrics. So basically it was a battle between brighton and london. London obviously got pretty pissed off.
A few hours later everyones outside, im talking to a few of the brighton kids i know (most of em pricks but meh they put on a good show). Then london came out and just rushed the fuck out of brighton. I almost shat myself. Cause here i am a brighton kid talking with the brighton crew that just dissed the fuck out of some south london crew. Me and my mates just run like fuck to our taxi. Turns out this taxi drivers a bit of a geezer and hangs around with us in the safety of the car to watch the brawl. We thought at first it might just be a little ruck that would be over fast. Wrong, after two minutes bottles have been broken and london kids are pulling out knives, as do a few brighton kids. Some people get stabbed and our taxi driver phones emergency services. Whilst this is going on, a london kid slashed right through the chest of some brighton crewmember. Now a few kids have already been stabbed and just ran in pain, but this kid just fell right down with a cry, girls started screaming and everythings just gone still. We see all the london kids running to the train station and some brighton kids start threatening us saying if we dont get out the cab were gonna get stabbed etc etc, our cabbie drove us home and we find out later the kid had his guts were literally cut out and he died later in hospital. All of london got away, they know brighton well cause they're always down here trying to hustle shady bags of bud and pills, and plus once they've split up and ditched the bloody knives what proof have police got that they're london gangs?.
The reason this is relevant is cause these kids didn't start off in bad neighborhoods or broken homes. They first started in my school, The TMC (too messy crew) I used to laugh at the name. They were basically a group of kids you described AFI, wannabe thugs. I used to take the piss out of them and get away with it, now if i said something out of line i'd be bottled.

What im trying to say is if you step up by throwing bricks through these wannabe thugs windows all youre gonna do is upset some familys, and it wont end anything. If these kids want to be hardcore that bad they'll just seak further revenge. Besides, you really want to throw a brick threw someones window? Imagine one of those wannabe thugs little sisters or parents (who dont know what the fuck their wanker son gets up to, cause lets be honest its fuking hard to raise a kid right nowadays) are just sitting in their living room and a brick comes flying through the window. That sort of shit isn't revenge, you could send a perfectly innocent mother into living a life of fear just cause their son and you get into some pointless brawl over bullshit, then imagine these kids start getting pretty fucking pissed off (cause now you've given them a damn good reason) and turn up outside your house and decide to throw another brick or maybe even a firebomb into your front room. I think you have a little sister dont you AFI? little sisters burn mate, im sure you wouldn't want that just cause you and a group of dickhead chavs didn't get on.

Cusmars totally right in every single way. What you gotta do, if you want to be manly about this at all, is call the fuckers out. There's obviously some base mentality here that needs to be cut off at the root, and justice is best served and eye for an eye.

Being above them in moral standing is being greater than them. But just remember, laying low is the best way for larger bodies to swallow up smaller bodies from beneath. A smaller body laying low to do the same thing will only get flattened by the larger body. SO it can be a good or bad thing to be low, but it's always a good thing to be greater.

this is very funny that you posted this because somthing very similiar happened to me and a group of my friends this weekend. we were all hanging out at this girls house that we have known forever and we are all aware that she has an older brother who is a complete skitso and so are all of his friends. well to make a long story short we are all getting drunk and passing aroud blunts when her brother arives with about five friends and right away is drunken ass is starting shit. so one of my drunk ass friends probally not the brightest one starts talking shit back to them and we all back up what he has to say. well the one of the brothers friends grabs one of my friends in a headlock at starts jamming his thumb in his eye. well we didnt know but are friends dad was home and she went and got him when the confrontation started and he grabed the kid and hit him and then kicked his son and all of his friends out of the house. so we stay and party some more. okay so you know the friend that isnt the brightest one of the bunch that i mentioned decides hes going to his car across the street to get cigarettes. totaly not thinking. what happens you can quess it he gets jumped by about 8 kids and they were prity ruthless all just kicking him as he was on the ground a complete beat down. well we hear him yelling from the back porch were we smoke so we all run out there probally about 8 of us. anyway this started the biggest brawl that i have ever been apart of. it was intense almost everyone walked away pritty bruised up and it ended with the dad running out of the house and sticking his son in the face. and telling him the get the fuck out. all in all a completely crazy night. sorry i typed this so fast excuse the grammer

these people might not be gangsters involved with organized crime, but that doesnt necesarily mean something unwanted wont come out of this for either side.

hearing shit from the next town over shouldnt mean shit to you. its the next town over which has people that you already dont get along with and that dont get along with you. so why does it matter what they hear or think about you, whether its fact or not?

if you really cant get over hearing those things, along with what they did, you shouldnt throw bricks or any of that kind of shit, and you shouldnt do what they did either, as you saw what it did to you and your friends. it only riled you guys up even more and made you want to retaliate with more force.

instead try calling out the guy that pissed you off most and take him on one on one in a clean fight. if you can handle him then that will humiliate him even more and wont build up teh anger as much but rather taper it down. after that one of your buddies or yourself again can call out the next guy some other time in a clean fair fight. if you really think theyre pussies, you should try to take them on in a clean and fair manner without going after those who werent invovled or dont matter as much to you. they did a pretty stupid (close-minded and not thinking) thing to your friend. this shouldnt be about who can do the stupidest thing, but rather prove that theyre pussies for taking care of things the way they did.

getting back at them in a similar or worse way will only build up the tension and retaliation and then one side, if not both, will get a result making them wish, down the road, that they chose to retaliate in a different way or just not at all.

these are all just probabilities anyways....who knows what will happen. but there was something similar with the town i live in and the next town over. a group of older kids coming into our town fucking up things (cemetery etc.) and jumping and brutally beating younger high school kids during halloween. no one here was a "gangster" in any way but with more people involved, the chances are higher that someone involved will know "someone" (if you get what im saying). in this case a lot more people eventually got involved compared to who was originally involved in the mess. things kept going back and forth and getting worse for a while until it slowly tapered down. same thing with hockey team rivalries between towns. certain guys would keep retaliating and doing worse and worse things until one guy got killed. this was high school age too so no one here was in organized crime.

basically, if you cant resist yourself or your friends from doing something, just look at things realistically. if this is as serious as it sounds then dont just think that you and your friends will get sweet revenge and everything will be perfectly ok afterwards. if something goes down, get your asses in gear....

and by the way...if these guys are "stupid" enough to do what they already did, and you cut that kids tongue out, hold onto your body parts tight.

Let me state that there have been plenty of incidents like this in the past, involving us and thesepeople. Also, there have been many attempts to reconcile our differences, and fight them fairly, but it never turns out how it's planned, as some dodgy cunt always pulls out a sock full of snooker balls or something.

What would happen here is, the boys who chased you down the street while you were in your car would be tracked down and stabbed in the arse cheek. Seriously thats what would happen. Nobody fucks around with you again once you stab them up the arse.

We had something like that a while back too. A few of our mates got ruffed up by a dozen guys from another town, we went to a couple of their houses with bats and metal bars, trashed two cars and burned an outhouse, they came to our town with 6 cars full of people looking for us, we pelted their cars with bricks and shit, they got out, we took off, they chased us, right into about 60 of our people, they ran off again, we went to their town and the night ended with a nice big brawl. I got stabbed by one of those guys 2 weeks later and two of my mates were shot at with pistols a month afterwards. Later on one of them was beaten into the hospital with a skull fracture.

So what I'm trying to say is, it's a good thing to stand up for your mates, but you gotta be sure you realise what the consequences might be.
