Some dealers do that, but if you get a bag of ground weed, make sure it's proper bud and not just leaf shake with some hairs in it.

I dont mind getting a weighed ground up bag off a mate, cause it just means less stalks and saves on grindin time. But I wouldn't expect it, I like to be able to tell the quality of the buds. Sorry but these question your asking are just leading me to believe you dealers a kid that doesn't know what he's doing.

Once in a while, my guy will break up my smoke for me. Not because he's ripping me off, but because he wants my sister to sleep with him again, so he's sucking up by giving up fat bags and other perks.
