from my experience most girls don't smoke on a regular basis they'll do it every now and then but it stops there...I use to have a dealer that was a chick and she had some of the best buds I ever smoked

I actually know a couple of female smokers who moved from NY down to Florida. There are plenty of smokers around here, and the girls who don't smoke usually drink and will smoke weed if it's offered to them when they're drunk. That's why I love parties around here, there's guaranteed to be a bunch of crazy fucked up girls.
