Its kind of inhaling, you take a toke but dont inhale and let it flow out of your mouth but breah in through your nose

Well yeah, that's a normal french inhale, which is second to breathing air for me now. But trying to do it backwatds where the smoke comes out of the nose first and then into the mouth... that's a lil trickier, if it's possible to do at all.

i call it a bridge french inhale sounds kinda gay...out your mouth in your nose...i do it almost every tuime a hit a J its like smoking yyour own second hand smoke

DrGreen we're one in the same that way hehe, I find it hard NOT to bridge my tokes sometimes, it's just such a natural action for me now, it's almost a flat out REaction to inhaling smoke!

But another kool trick, just a little trickier, is to blow large smoke rings and then proceed to blow smaller ones through the center. I've done it on fluke chance from time to time and it always impresses myself when I do haha.
