PS-i thought White Widow is the best, purp haze the second, and bubble gum the third)
After that post, you'll be lucky if there's one person here that doesn't hate your fakin' ass.

1/8th = 3.5 grams
1/4 Ounce = 7 grams
1/2 ounce = 14 grams
1 ounce = 28 grams
A Dime bag is 10$ worth of weed not 10 grams

thx, that really helped clear things up. im a stupid america who uses what we call standard, even though to the rest of the world metric IS standard.
PS-this is a novice question, but how many grams are in a dime?

A dime can range from a Gram to as much as 2 grams. Average for me is 1.5 or 1.6..

a dime in the u.s. of a is probably equivelant to a gram, which'll go for 10-20 bucks from what i've heard about u.s. prices

really? i always heard a Nick is 5% of an ounce, a dime 10%, and a quarter, obviously, 25%.

yeah, but there's 28 grams in an ounce.
Divide 28 into 8th's and they're 3.5 grams each, and so on.
And as far as i know, a nickel is $5, a dime is $10. and i don't know any other slang names to affiliate with prices.

holy shit! from what your saying, my weed is so fuckin cheap its not even funny. I talked to one of my old friends who is a dealer/grower, and a few other friends, a down here this is the quantities and prices (USD):
*all are true here (North/South Carolina) except the pound prices. I got those off the internet, but i highly doubt their true.
I also do not know the price for whatever paper u use for joints; no one uses them where i live. Also note this is this price for just regular weed (skunk i guess?). cheap but does its job.
EDIT-Made a clean Table
NOTE-3 FEB SHOULD BE 2-3 (I HATE AUTO FORMATTING)

That is dirt cheap. It might be shitty bud, but for all I know, if it gets you high, all the power, or rather, saved dough, to ya. I am really envying those prices right now.

We already told you that a dime bag is not 10% of an ounce, a nickel is not 5% of an ounce. Your estimates are wrong purely because you are trying to work out prices by percentage.
