if i am playing any drinking game with beer it is usually beer pong. i can recall many nights where that game got me completly piss poor drunk.

Me too. And by drinking normally (when I have the money) is walking through a crowded bar or in someone's backyard double fisting two bottles of beer.
That's about as crazy as I get when I drink. I don't see the appeal to drinking games except for maybe alcohol poisoning.
