18 you can smoke ciggies
21 you can drink

After 21 you are probably out of college and aiming for a job or grad school.... so the next big thing is prolly gettin your own place or gettin a wife.

ahhh about the cigs.... my 'law' teacher said somthing about being able to smoke at 16 or somthing cant remember....

BUT da only thing illegal was that if there was a transaction or exchange between da cig and cash ....

Your correct a sixteen year old may smoke on there own Domain without punishment by law enforcement. the sixteen year old however may not purchase the cigs and must have them given to them bye one of there parents.
