Court date got changed from the 1st to the 15th now.
Oh and havent been on in a few days, Didnt have electricity for a couple days...

Ive got criminal tresspassing before 500 dollar fine knoced down to 350 and 16 hours community service.

I figure ill get community service and/or probation.
I got a question for anybody who has been in trouble with the law and put on probation for no drug charges and never been charged for a drug crime before. Did you get drug tested still anyways? Im not being accused of anything drug related so im wondering if i go onto probation if ill get drug tested?

How old are you, and have you gotten introuble with the law before? It all depends with that. I toked up 2 weeks before a drug test and passed though so i dunno.

Dont worry about my age for now, I dont want to say to much until this is all over...
But im going to a juvenile court so im not considered a adult yet. So that gives ya a age range to think of..
Ive never been to court for a crime ive commited before.
And im not quitiing smoking till i have to. Im actually smoking right now... But if i get drug tested and test postive for THC aient shit they can do but continue to drug test me and ill quit at that point and everytime i get drug tested itll show less and less percentage of THC.
Im honestly scared/freaked out about this all though. Its always in the back of my mind, Knowing ima have to go to court and hear how im such a fuck up and blah blah blah. Probably end up on probation. Jus cant keep my chin up right now... I feel shitty, I feel shitty about myself, Which is fuckin bad. Ive never had much material possesions so i cant turn to that, All i got is knowing im trying to better myself and trying to do good, But until this shits over i jus feel like i got this dark cloud over my head and feel all depressed and down n shit...

You'll be cool, i went through that shit too and it scared the fuck outta me but the worst you'll get is probly like Unattended probation and maybe a 10 hours community service. It aint shit and it'll be over quick.

im not sure if they will drug test you or not but i am sure they will tell you when they discuss the trms of your probation its not like theyre gonna randomly test you all of a sudden

Yeah, I'm pretty sure they have to charge you with something drug related before they can test you. At least that's how it works in Belgium.
