if 2 people wana get stoned, they tend to roll spliffs for themselves for the first half hour or so, then nobody gives a fuck and will smoke anything

We dont do it that way. sometimes we have 1 spliff to ourselves to start with then pass all the other spliffs we role but normally we just pass them from the 1st one we roll to the last one we roll.
