Ive kind of thought about it, I guess I'll just try and meet new people and hang out with new friends. easier said than done though... Right now he SHOULD be glad hes not being criminally charged, I havent talked to him since he gave the money back to my mom. This guy is not very good at keeping friends trust, pretty much. I could give a really good example but ive already posted about it before... maybe ill find the topic sometime and link to it

i would have to say your doing the right thing. i mean if he was your best friend as you say then he crossed the line by doing that. me personally would have to kick his candy ass, but since he did admit to it and payed it back he lifted the ass whooping. but if yall are real tight then a good friend should be willing to forgive and forget, but it depends on how good of friends you two were.

tough situation man. if you do continue hanging out with him you will just have to be extra cautious, which fucking blows especially when he is your best mate and you shouldn't have to wary or conscious of his behaviours. i say try to meet new people and ween this guy out of your life to avoid any big dramas......

The fact that he's meant to be the only friend you hang around with all the time just makes it worse. You've got to think would you do the same to him in his shoes, cause even stealing from you personally would be low, but stealing from your mum? Thats the money that goes towards you and your sister, also stealing from her could mean you get in shit for it. Even if you do let him back in your house, to be honest I don't see why your mum would let him back in.

It's not so hard man... I had a friend like that once (he didn't steal from me, he's just a prick), told him to fuck off and I haven't regreted it at all. You'll find better friends. Being friends with this guy won't work cause the fact that he stole from you (which is a HUGE thing) is always gonna be in the back of your head and you'll never get along with him... Just tell him to fuck off, everything else will work out fine.
