Dude... where do you live? Because here in Toronto, if some lame-ass greedy locksmith called the cops and said this dude has weed in his car, the cops would laugh and hang up. Theres no way, here in Toronto, that the cops would be willing to send out a cop to bust some punk ass kid with a little dope.

Anyways, I don't know what i'd have done in that situation, like I said, I'd most likely laugh and give him 10, then drive away.
