Your friend should consider a lawsuit if the doctor offically diagnosed your friend as you said above. The hole in the brain thing is another one of those government scare tactics things. It's a theory that has never been backed up by true scientific research. Yes, holes in the brain have been seen on scans and though to be caused by E but it is far from being proved. There's only been surface research done on the matter, and the experiments have been far too flawed and incomplete. It is a known fact that many, many different factors can account for such holes or spots on the scan.

The only reason I used it was because it's rather fresh and crisp. But yea who knows how many people have stuck that thing in their nose. I should get myself a straw for personal use. I still have the yay in that bag, I'm going to kill it today more than likely.
I personally recommend checking oneself for OCD at least once every 5 minutes.
Usually I have pretty good luck just taking lines without using bills or straws, but I don't do coke I do Ketamine. Just setup a bump on your hand and go. It's a pretty crazy head trip and you go totally numb. Not incredibly harsh on the system either.
The odd vial of K is much more enjoyable then cocaine IMO, but it isn't very available in most areas.
