I can dislocate my left shoulder anytime I like. It stretches my reach about 1 inch. And that has been helpful before as we have to reach down into holes to open pipes at the track.

Eww..I used to know a girl she had a problem with her shoulder, it dislocated really easy all the time. She'd pop it back in herself. She dislocated it once while driving a stick shift..came real close to crashing
