Egypt appears a blatant military takeover...nothing whatsoever to do with this much abused term of 'democracy'...As for Libya...its as fucking disgusting as it is unsurprising, that the english, frogs and yankees have now deployed far from than an attempt at a no fly zone. Only a brainless mormon believes the leaders of the countries involved in the 'no fly zone' have any interest in the plight of the average libyan, for if they did have altruism at the core of their decisions, where the fuck were they when the israeli scum was killing 1000 unarmed civilians, destroying bridges, hospitals, roads, fuel depots, literally savaging the lebonese infrastructure??? Where the fuck were they when Bashir in Sudan was arming and sending out into the killing fiels, the janjaweed brutal Kunts???Where are they when bahrain and saudi arabia are slaughtering their own people??? Nothing to do with democracy. Everything to do with financial interests. a decent report, emotive, the passion of those people seemed real with zero hidden. A shame the reporter had to suggest 'sleeper cells', because surely the more obvious explanation is that gaddafi is rounding up all able men, sticking a uniform on them, and sending them into battle. Still...chilling and horrible.

It would be interesting to know what those 110 tomahawk missiles and 40 'conventional bombs' dropped by stealth fighters, fired by the brits and yanks have caused...but i doubt we will find out. its completely against the interests of the non libyan taskforce of sorts, to show anything but the wounds inflicted by gaddafi, not the wounds inflicted by themselves. something to bear in mind.

I have no doubt that you are correct here animal, and it amazes me which battles the "coalition" forces choose to participate in and those that they choose to ignore... and as you say it is no more than financial interests.
However Gaddafi did have to go, and i think the "uprising" was the excuse that the yanks and brits particularly, were looking for to try and get rid of him again... early 90's wasnt it?

What do you know about the rebels??? as often referred to as civilians, as they are rebels, despite the fact that they have arms...Most westerners seem to be under the given to them impression that the Bhengazi heart of this uprising, is rooted in an honourable, savage, defiance of an autocratic savage...the ONLY facts i know of the east of libya, the definite root of this uprising, is that out of the known al-queda fighters in iraq, of the known insurgents of non iraqi origin, the vast majority are from east libya, and focusing more usefully, benghazi has supplied, apparently, more foreign fighters to the insurgency, than ANY OTHER CITY IN THE WORLD...

add to this, the way the english delegation was treated, who landed in rebel held territory...imprisoned, with much diplomatic consultation required, to elicit their 'release'...now digest such facts, then tell me that gaddafi needs to be gone...i am interested in what you back it up with.

Firstly...with my evil eye focused on Libya...has anyone not noticed that the 'civilians' the coalition forces are 'protecting' are rather well armed? And WHO ARE THEY?????? Its a fucking joke to see these headlines of 'rebels retake Ras Lanuf'...and to read on and find that the rebels encountered only corpses, burnt out tanks and artillery batteries. The combined air forces of England, France and the US bomb the fuck out of Gaddafi's forces, then the rebels waltz through roaring with victory cries...is this a victory? For the yanks, frogs and brits, maybe. But these same countries are the definite enemy of the bhengazi rooted rebels. I mean, why else would that city have produced more anti-westerner insurgents in iraq than any other city in the world????? And why is such a chilling fact not in the headlines????

Then there is this headline making story of the rape victim. Now what kind of westerner gladly swallows the repeated stories of Gaddafi as a savagely brutal dictator, yet he allowed a horribly raped woman to mix with the western press and scream RAPE???? The media was gung-ho about uprisings in saudi arabi recently...but pouring through both The Guardian's and The Indepedent's middle east headlines...not ONE mention of saudi arabia. Not ONE...a definite focus on libya and Syria...the headlines and connected reports concerning Syria were so obviously intended to encourage people to see Assad as a brutal dictator close to ruin, due to a wave of liberation, democracy demanding people...bullshit. Even the independent is rolling the same FIXED dice...'Desperate Assad tries to blunt uprising with new promises of reform'....

mate, i have only very vague ideas about what the western forces involved in the war, are up to...as for the 'arab league'...hohohohoho...again, its laughable, to cite them as worthy supporters of the INVASION.
