broseph, i always feel like something bad is going to happen to me, and that everybody is looking. but slow and distorted voices would creep me the fuck out!Weedguru Higher wrote:After a 1 year break from weed, I decided to light up a joint while on vacation in Ontario. I knew I'd get real stoned but i had no idea to what extent. Though I didn't realize just how stoned I was until leaving the motel room to walk to the store. After walking a block or two everything suddenly shutdown into major slow motioness. The cars seemed larger than life and sound of the them seemed louder than normal. Everything was spinning around all weird and I started feeling paranoid. I had this horrible bad feeling that I was gonna get hit by a car, and that everybody was staring at me. People's voice were slow and distorted .The store was a five minute walk away, but it suddenly felt like it was really far. It was the weirdest damn feeling ever! I turned around and staggered back to the motel, and once inside I began to feel fine in no time. I've never experienced anything this bad since.

Ah shit, did you get dome vision? Like everything seemed to kinda bend towards the sky, like you had a glass bowl on your head?
Friend of mine Steve used to take a little brush and lightly coat his cigarettes with that shit... fucking stupid.

I know EXACTLY what you mean Higher, I get this feeling if Im chilling and smoking a joint and then for some reason I have to go get something (major munchies, whatever). So not expecting or foreseeing this trip, it catches me really off guard and I feel so out of place on my way to where ever Im going. Espcially those two I took from your post above.Weedguru Higher wrote:and that everybody was staring at me...The store was a five minute walk away, but it suddenly felt like it was really far.
And when I think people are staring at me, Im always sure they know Im stoned

I totally know what you mean, something comes out of the blue after i just smoked a bowl and i wasn't expecting it, it feels wrong, like i shouldn't be doing it because it just came out of the blue.Ziggy wrote:I know EXACTLY what you mean Higher, I get this feeling if Im chilling and smoking a joint and then for some reason I have to go get something (major munchies, whatever). Re: anyone get that feeling of
This happened to me tonight at Fear Factory, I walked into a shop stoned as hell to buy cigs and I was like "fuuuck oh fuck they know they know" but then I was like "wait lol I'm just in a shop stoned as hell, it's all good."
And that was that...Funny those kind of times though.

Re: anyone get that feeling of
The difference, Higher, as you know full well, between a non habitual and habitual smoker, is immense...Its not so hefty with aussie bud, as its weaker to what I am accustomed to in England, but still...i can remember, very clearly, how the first joint of decent skunk affected me in England the last time i had been away for a year or two. It was a fucking jackhammer, which totallu disorientated all my senses...And then, after a few more days, my resistance re-appeared, and i was able to truly enjoy the serious heaviness of propr skunk.
