man i hate religion

although im jewish, and do respect my religion to a certain extent, i would never choose it over peace. why cant people get a fuckin long! (retorical)

No it's not dude.

Muslims are still living in medieval times mentally. They are unable to accept others religions. Just like Christians, Jews and everybody else in those days. Even if its still a slightly different form of their religion. They believe it's an insult to god.

It has everything to do with religion. That's why muslims are screaming allahu ackbar when beheading Russians (Chechyna) and Americans. (American workers in Islamic states.)

I agree but you could have expanded on your statement, because the people with a bomb strapped to em actually believe it is about religion

heres the shitty truth, both sides are seen as terrorists, both sides are seen as freedom fighters, the us has gone and fucked up an already unstable part of the world, they started at the top trying to take away the leaders that apposed them, but in reality the leaders only made it look like they have made good work, it was the masses, the people of these countries that they needed to win over, if the people could have been convinced that the u and western world were good and that they did not need to put up with dictators things would have turned out better. and this isnt the first time, vietnam - us fucked up there too. the us can start a war when there economy needs a boost, but they have not a clue as to how to get out of it once they start. i have read in a rolling stone, that the us actually has drawn up the invasion plans for iran. they will just try to move on, not fix what they've done.
and all the stuff of how 911 was a hoax - which it could be- we will never know if it was or not because the us will never tell us how much they've fucked up. they've made the differences in the religions in the middle east more evident - more in your face, people are confronted with that daily, made to dislike the other, we've seen this all before theres even a movie on it hotel rwanda and yet the us just keeps on fuckin up - what a wonderful world we live in, and im sure as hell glad i live in canada

the thing that pisses me off bout the whole thing is how muslims are looked upon now. Every religion has they're extremists that make them look bad, Al-Qeda is the extremist group that's shown on tv and everything....and all these people blowin themselves up are goin against the Islamic teachings, Suicide=straight ticket to hell.....i could write pages on this concept but i just wanted to give my opinion on this subject.

i think that the americans have had alot to do with everything that has gone on over there. i mean before the war thay were pumping money into the country to sort it all out and then all of a sudden we are all at war with them. i have no idear what is going on over there but im sure there is more than we all could ever imagin to understand

its true it rele is all about religion. i mean theres a civil war going on in Iraq that the americans arent apart of, clearly. the muslim extremists fighting in the civil war on the sunni and shiite side both dont nessescarily reflect the views of every civilian in Iraq. they have backing from large coorporations within the middle east and arguably other countries. it is apparent that the civilians in Iraq want a democratic society but muslim extremists are making things difficult to form a united iraq. personally i think it should be separated into 3 states dividing land to the sunnis, shiites and kurds. unfortunatly its the sunnis i believe, (but im rele guessing) that occupy land in areas with limited oil supply compared to areas in kurdistan and shiite regions so they have limited interest into separating into 3 states.
Personally this is an example of how religion can destroy a society. Most of this opinion is because i feel as though there is no such thing as a higher power making all religions bogus and pointless. So to me when people act in this way i find them completly insane for giving their life to a cause that in my eyes is false.
