A lot of people take the statement, "land of the free" as complete freedom to do whatever you want. When in reality, it means free to think whatever you want. You might not be able to do or say whatever you want, but you can think whatever you wish. It's not much, but it's better than the middle east so stop complaining.

but, in all moral justice, the whole world should be ours to fuck up or improve as we please. the whole world is rightfully ours and we're trapped under a goddamn government.

well, most people are. some of us just don't give a fuck and treat the world how we should, like our own.

its all god's fault! lol

but seriously. America would be much better off if it was still ran the way the founding father saw it. The common man/woman serving his/her one, maybe two terms of service to his/her country. I believe George Washington was asked to be president another term but he turned it down because of this reasoning (or was it jefferson? i donno). the majority of the people are ok, the politicians have it all fucked up. We the people control the government, right? Wrong! some opinionated asshole tells us what we want to hear every September of an election year then does what he needs to do to get paid.

Then you'd better hope you're a wealthy white landowner.

I watch the news quite abit waiting for something big to happen. I hope in my life time the current form of goverment is overthrown and things are returned to the founding fathers vision of a land where the goverment has the least poossible amount of involvement in the citizens life. I grew up rich and white and from the suberbs but I think there is one thing that any demograpic can agree on and that is that our country is heading in the wrong direction. It started with the new deal and has created bigger and bigger goverment ever since.

No, we need a government to regulate the economics, the commerce in our countries, else we would go back to the days were bands of rich fuckers enslaved the poor, less accommodated civilian..
Computer games don't affect kids. I mean, if Pac-Man had affected us as kids, we would all be running around darkened rooms, munching magic pills, and listening to repetitive electronic music.

It just goes to show nothing is ever perfect. But, I do agree that we've really lost sight of their vision for this country. I sincerely believe that our government has become less and less "for the people" and that THAT is going to ruin us from the inside out.

nothing is never perfect, very much right.

This world is what you would call 'fucked' and it has been for a long while. Morality is sucked out of every single sight and placed into the bin of evil bastards who destroy it and putting it in their washing machine and using bad fabric sofener, whilst itching the back of you as you wear the t-shirt identifying you as a slave to humanity.

To be honest i would rather all world leaders being stripped of their power and everything equal (communism without the dictator lol) i dont respond too well with authority. America in this world is the top dog that pisses on other countrys. America is the richest most powerful country in the world, and to be honest i dont know why.... well most of its built on crime and unfairness. But I am not cussing the people that live there, some americans i know personally are some of the nicest jolly people ive ever met.

But its the dictators like bush, i would call him a dictator personally.... for lords sake who gets voted in who reads books upside down to children!? I would never trust so much responsibility to one with so much monkey brain stupidity... but then again all being fair to the 'voters' he was probably elected by a higher power, coinciding with the mask called 'international vote'.

You dont need a goverment to regulate economics. What happens is over time the goverment begins with regulation of the economy and when things go bad the goverment steps in and takes over major industries. When things get better again economically the goverment does not let go of these industries but still holds much control over them This is what the democrats are currently trying to do with health care by nationilizing it. When things are taken over by the goverment it takes away the core value that keeps prices down and quality high, and that is competition. And during the founding of our country "Rich Fuckers" were not enslaving the poor (Except for endentured servants and actual slaves) but colonial America was a largely rural society based on small farming plots and tradesman. Th only reason we would poossibly need a strong central goverment was a situation like world war 2 were the whole country was pursueing one goal, At this point in our history the size and importance of a national goverment should start to be downsized.
