how long does it take to flower?

i have 3 seeds that are germinated so far. 2 of them have about half an inch roots and one of them has a root about 5 inches long. i planted them in two different pots , under the dirt like half an inch or a inch under. how long will it take for me to some green leaves? how often should i water? when will the plant need the sun, how big would the plant have to be to need light to grow? (im planning on outdoor grow)

UPDATE!
one of the seeds broke the soil and looks like it has formed a stem about an inch long from the dirt and looks like its forming its first 2 leaves, the leaves r forming i think and its smaller than a pencil ereaser. when will i need to take this plant outside for some sun? this must be a good seed. it grew like a 5 inch root during a 5 day germination, and i planted and watered and 20 hours later its an inch long from the soil.

my other 2 germinated seeds r still growing and didnt form a stem or leaf yet above the soil

its like 2 months i think (not positive) and the plants will be ready.. wait... maybe like 3 months

i meant how long does it take to have its first leaves

ooo they will be out for the one thats popped out of the ground in a matter of days if not by tommorow at least to have some small leaves
