I'm not too sure about the smell situation. I've heard of things called charcoal generators or something. It basically takes in the odor in the room and kills it, something along those lines. They cost about $500, and that's a pretty cheap one.

dont want to spend that im only growing 2-4 plants hopefully a carbon filter will work

not really, I used to try to grow outside every summer but I did'nt know what I was doing, I did however manage to get one to bud once but, my friends and I could'nt stand it any longer and we pulled it up and smoked it early. It was decent smoke but, not much yeld. I will deffenatly let these plants grow to full potential....PS. I just posted 3 week old pics. on my PROUD PAPA thread.

Finally got my seed planted at my place so we'll see how it goes.

As of right now, the stem is about 2 inches long and it's only on it's second set of leaves. It turned out like that because I planted the seed in the dark, then left it in the dark for about 4-5 days without touching it. It is under light now and being watered daily(but not over watered. I want the roots searching for the water so they grow). I'll post a picture on Tuesday or Wednesday.

Progress report: I'm definitely killing my last grow experience. The rhino's looking damn nice so far. No shady leaves, all nice and healthy and standing up straight. I'll take a picture later when I'm not so lazy and hungover.

Here it is.

These pictures are both at 6 days. The first 2 days started off really slow because I planted the seed and the first 2 days It was in complete darkness and had no water. The seed sprouted 2 days later and was completely dead looking. It had purple leaves, wilted over, about n inch long stem, completely white(no color in the stem). Now, it's got nice green leaves with no problems appearing, a nice strong stem(thanks to the straw, the plant kept falling over because of the huge stem at such a young age), and getting a constant source of light for the veg stage. I'm going to have to switch into a pot soon though and find more space for it. Peace.

i got a shitty styro cup and a "cool" white light. Those 8000 hour conservative twisty lights, in a shitty, everyday desk lamp. I'm surprised it's even doing this good lol.
