It is true....particularly older chinese men. It's very odd, but they don't even look at you when you buy stuff.

I used to live in whistler, which is like a 2 hour drive from vancouver, the bud there was probably the best ive ever smoked in my opinion. It was constant too, in prince edward island it feels like im smoking completely different shit every day.
