Can't get drivers liscence without diploma.

Post by President Beavis »

I'm hearing that some gov't porker is trying to pass a law stating that you can't drive without an education. This guy's talking about how it'll encourage kids to stay in school, and it might. The negative effect it'd have on society is heavier then the positives tho IMO.

Let's say you're a dropout. You already can't even get a job at some dogshit burgerstand, now you can't drive! What do you do? I haven't really researched my shit here so I'm just ranting but, I'd be doing a helluva lot of drugs and crime. Every town would have an even larger infestation of the fuckup rejects of society, except they're stuck in place. It's little things like this that lead to such fragmentation it'll be like the 1960's all over again.

Can somebody more knowledgeable on this subject clarify it better then I did. Because I barely have half a clue what I'm talking about. :D

sucks for them then... i already have my full drivers licence. But yeah it sounds like a bad idea. It may incourage people thinking of dropping out to stay and get a better education but there are allways gonna be fuck ups and all it would do is put them in a deeper whole....

id rather be on a flat playing ground than at the unstable top of an uneven one.
Do not take what i say seriously.

would they actually go up ?
cause then you get all those dropouts who would of brought the education scores down, actually stayin in school and doing the bare minimum just so they can pass so that they can legally drive

just how i see it ?

No because if they fail they can't drive.

But what Ziggy says makes sense.

It all comes down to whether the grade average includes "0" for the drop outs or not....
