difference between a bong high and a spliff high

yeah i just made my first bong today with a bit of upgrades found on the homepage. and i found a big difference in the taste. the spliff smoke has more of a weed taste and the bong smoke has more of a ash/purnt paper taste. also, i found the strong weed smell to be close to absent. any ideas how to correct this?

good news though the high seems to be attained much quicker.

The bong water acts as a filter.

The reason you're getting higher quicker is because you're inhaling alot more smoke than you would if you were taking a hit from a joint.

You are hitting it all at once if you use a bong, vs a long slowly increasing high.

yeah i find the bong to be more of a buzz... more of an energetic high.. although many would suggest this to be an oxymoron...

the joint is a much mellower high... seems to relax you more while heightening some of your senses...

at my friend house we like to buy alot of weed, go outside and start smoking with his bong and we dont stop until we cant even breathe.... shit is mad funny at a certain point we start laughin for nothing, its been a while since i laugh for nothing on weed so i definitly love bongs more than joint but i smoke more joint since i dont own a bong...

i spent 80 $ on my first bong a few days ago and it is the best investement of my life. very very solid, good hit. wow this thing is unbelievable. i'm already thinking about getting another one, with a zig zag shape in the middle, which is supposed to concentrate the hit more i guess.
