help with plant that im growing already 3 inches tall

well my friend just got on house arrest so he told me to keep his plant alive for a while
so im asking for some help on outdoor growing
the plant is in a pot wih miracle grow and about 3 inches tall already
i know it isnt the greatest time to grow a plant but if im lucky there will be some sunshine
i need some help on what i should do with the plant like how long i need to put it into the sun
how much water and how often
other minerals i should put in and any other advice too plz

dont use mirical grow on marijuana not a good outcome

do yourself and ther plant a faVOUr and get another complete nuteient
N P K and trace elements 2 part or thhreee part if u have done this thing b4.i take it its winter where u are????
if so the plant will go into flower soon if kept under the long night photoperiod.
being 3 inches ?? how many leaves ???
wat strain??
how is the soil it is in?

to keep the plant in the vegetive stage u will have to include some additional lighting to continue the photoperiod through to 18 hrs a day.
have u some fluoros??
