Parents.. Ugh

well today my parents found my stash I had about 2 packs of blunt wraps .. 8 juicy jay's watermelon flavor and lighters and a pipe and about a oz worth of shake(saved up over time) . Well my parents looked through my room while i was outside and i came in to get a drink and my sister is staring at me im like What? she says Do you smoke? im like no why ..then she says well because dad just found your shit. I was just thinking to my self fuck man just what I need the day before school starts. Well my dad smokes to but he doesnt know i know he smokes. Well my dad thinks im on heroin and coke or some shit because he was like , Well your always up so late and you sleep all day . So my dad thought I was a drug "junkie". so i told him blah blah blah all i do is weed and hes like Well your going to show all of this shit to the police. They actually drove me down to the police department ,But I refuesed to go wich actually turned out good because my dad isnt as mad anymore. My parents said that they are going to do random drug testings now.. FUCK!! well i guess next time im going to tell my dad to take it to and if he refuses im going to say well if you dont smoke pot then why are you afraid to do it?? Its just kind of fucked up.. I thought my dad would understand and maybe one day we would smoke together .. guess not , My mom is fucking devistated she cant even talk to me with out crying. It makes me sad to because I feel bad for her . I cant see any of my friends now because my parents think they smoke.. wich they do.. but still its pissing me off.. I want to still be able to smoke weed but now im just thinking how the fuck am I going to be able to with random drug tests.. UGH!! Jeez. Cant wait till I move out

Im in kind of the same situation, but luckily my parents arent THAT harsh. All three of my siblings have been through it though, which is prolly why they take it easy on me, they realize now its not that big of a deal. And since im the youngest sibling i've learned from all my siblings experiences. Only advice I would give is that time will eventually work things out.

If you're going to keep smoking just keep your shit together. Keep up your grades, dont get arrested, etc...

That way if you fail a drug test they will see that it only failed for weed and that although you smoke you still stay out of trouble.

I wouls simply beat my parents(joke) for going through my shit, especially considering I pay for everything in my room(including the room). I can't stand hearing stories about how people's parents searched there fucking stuff, it's .... ugh.

As for your mom bein so devistated, slap her in the face and say "Get a grip of yourself! It's just some fucking weed, what, did you just completely skip the hippy era?" except less harsh. Oh some people I just really don't want to understand..

haha. i think this has happened to everyone i know who smokes. my parents did the exact same thing even down to the police station part. i just didtn talk to em for a week then all hte sudden started talking to em and whatnot. it caught em off gaurd so they werent mad at me anymore. now, its just like whatever. i noticed if the kids grades are good, the parents arent harsh at all. mines were pissed then when they found out i got all a's and 1 b, they started lettin me go out again. sorry if i typed alot. finished a blunt and gettin ready for a j or 2. peace

im getting good grades now all A's i used to get F's thats probably why they were mostly mad.. they say weed is why im failing school and getting suspended blah blah blah..well now they cant bitch any more cuz im getting good grades

so ill just fail the test.. They need to get used to it cuz im not stopping for them. They can put me in juvi but still TOKE IT UP!!!

I got shit grades(I have 10 creds im goin on my fourth year of hs, for fuck sakes), I have sex and my parents know about it, I'm lazy as a bitch(that doesn't mean anything), but my parents still don't give a fuck that I smoke weed. Why? Because their life is finally starting to loooook up. My dad just inherited 4% of the company he's been working for for the past 3 years. That's a nice chunk of the company.. I think..

shit man that blows. my parents have never found me out in the like 4-5 years ive been smoking. and they never will. i think they almost suspect something maybe but i dont think they want to find out. ahh, why do people think weed is so bad...

Because its illegal. To think you can get in so much legal trouble for carrying around plant matter. Its just fucking stupid.

my experience is that parents will give up trying after a while. just keep smokin and tell em that u do. as long as ur not gettin into trouble u can prove that weed doesnt make u violent or stupid or a criminal (technically yes cos ur smokin an illegal substance but you kno what i mean). if anything, it opens your eyes to the world around you. ive said enough, i dont need to convince you so ill sumarise...

keep smokin, keep livin your life like you normally would and prove that you can continue in society while smokin the great herb. i did and i had to endure so much shit, now they treat it like drinking alcohol and are fine with it.

I had it easy. My bro started smoking when his friend moved into our parents house when he was still living there. He was 18 when he began smoking weed, he hasn't touched weed in a couple years now though. My sister made it the easiest for me though. She started smoking weed, doin e, shrooms, small amounts of coke, when she was 13. She hasn't turned out the best because of her drug use and environment in her early-mid teen years, but I would say she's doing pretty good considering how she fucked herself up that early.

I was 14 when i started to smoke weed, she knew it when i was 15 and i left home, to go live with my cousin in an appartment at 16 cause her and my stepdad were gay.

I tried to talk with my mom, but she doesnt wanted to listen any of my shit, so i said, fuck that, live with it if you don't want to understand why i'm smoking, when i talked about ti with my dad, he completely understood me, and we smoked togheter, it was pleasant, cause i have a really nice relationship with him, and it pisses of my mom even more.
You should try to talk with her, and if she refuses more than 10 times, its cause she don't even want to understand.
