Sorry, but didn't know what category this would fall onto but my friend snipped a bud of his fresh plant and he told me to smoke it raw...and I went on about drying and curing but he insisted...so I went home, put it in the oven for a good 10-15 mins on 375 degrees....when I smoked it...oh em gee...I got so ridiciously high. So my question is...if raw bud gets you so much more f'ed up...why dry and cure it?...Yes, it was a lil harsh but damn...it was worth it lol...peaceeeee

It was mostly dry...I put the bud in the center of a cupcake mold and it came out fluffy and dry...delicious.

Mate thats known as flash drying it, did the guy even flush the nutes out? bet it tasted pretty nasty if not, flash drying makes it taste rank anyway. If you cured it consistently for a long duration of time, say six months the high would be considerably stronger than smoking it fresh also.

stick it in a jar. I've smoked weed off the plant, it wasnt to harsh and had a nice taste to it.

like rasta said you'll be smoking a lot more shit straight of the plant than if you properly flushed and dried it.

Well crap, I don't mind taking another 10 years off my life for getting that high again haha...and yes I know about flash drying, I was expecting a really harsh smoke but it was smooth and the smoke wasn't even hot...it was a mild warm/cool....all I have to say is it was nice.
