i use to have the same thing going, i felt myself sinking into laziness and not doing anything positive for myself other than getting high. i took a break and started getting things together in my life. i find it easier when i make a list about what i have to get done that day, it feels good when you plan out what you need to do in a day and get it all done. then when your done and you toke up you fell like you've earned it.
if you cant deal with life because you're high all the time your an addict not in the worse sense of the word but your still letting it effect and control your life. so buck up up man take life by the horns, weed is great but have control over it instead of it controlling you.
good luck guys

i think im going through a similar experience right now. lately, sometimes when i smoke i get this big rush of anxiety but can calm myself down fairly quickly like within 5 mins. but my last experience that i had about a week ago lasted the whole fucking night. i thought i lost my mind. and since then i havent been the same. once in a while im still getting rushes of anxiety to different levels and my mind just goes off on its own. i have trouble seeing and remembering things the way i do when im not feeling those effects. it seems like im finally recuperating and them im fucked again. ive thought more about what i should change in my life to become more routine and make people around me happier plus the things that would make me want to live. im hoping my experience is similar to you guys and that if i set these things straight ill get back to normal.
but the thing worrying me right now is that these effects arent going away and the shitty thing is that i feel like i cant do much feeling like this. i havent smoked since my last experience a week ago. the negative effects seem to be tapering off but i think it might be that ive gotten used to them and can prevent them from building up.
i talked to my doctor about my effects and he said a lot of people are feeling similar because of the heat (and it has been very hot before and since my experience). i dont think the weed is the cause of these effects, but rather was a catalyst in them breaking out. its not just anxiety and depression but nausea and upset stomache. im hoping the lingering effects really are due to the heat.
ill be drinking lots of water and wait a few more days to see if i can really recuperate but if not, id like to know if anyone was having effects similar to me even after not smoking for a while, and if they went away or what happened. thanks for any input.
