Money aka Legal Tender in Drug Dealing (USA)

Correct me if I'm wrong...but isn't all transactions using money legal?...on every bill it says "THIS NOTE IS LEGAL TENDER FOR ALL DEBTS, PUBLIC AND PRIVATE"...ok...so drug dealing is a private debt...doesn't this conflict with our rights?....

The purchase of drugs is illegal, with your reasoning buying not being able to buy slaves is also a conflict of your rights. Where on the bill does it say that because I'm not seeing it?

Gah...well I'm going to buy an island somewhere...make my own government...farming would be cannabis only...and that's the law lol...:p

I'm really thinking of it...should I really go into getting my own island? (some cost inly like $100,000) but no on ewants them because they are too small...but I say we can buy one...set up a small town..and expand onto other islands....each islan dowuld be named after a stran of mary jane :p

Thats a tight idea, haha. But back on the subject of legal tender. It says LEGAL TENDER because that means if you or anyone owes a debt that that money is legal to pay it. They have to accept it pretty much. Kinda confusing but we watched a video in econ class on the making of money and thats how they explained it.
