Interstate Trafficking Laws?

Post by rebelmike »

I am going home for spring break. If I were to bring my friends back a dime bag and got pulled over with it, would it be felony trafficking charges? It's cheaper here than it is there, but I don't know if I want to risk it.

are you driving?

if so and its only a dime just stick it inside a bag and stick the bag in your trunk. the police arent going to search your car without a reason so as long as you dont have smoke coming out of the windows or blood dripping out the trunk you shouldnt have a problem.

theres some basic info in case your wondering about the state to state laws.

Thanks alot. I'm just glad i'm not driving on interstate 10 in Louisiana..they have cops who pull you over and auto-search if you're caught doing more than 15 over. I'm heading to Georgia myself.

they cant search your trunk or glove box without probable cause and they sure as hell arent going to go looking through your bags.

just incase you should read the 'potbust' sticky in 'guru council'

ive driven to missisippi and i made it through without getting pulled over and i tend to constantly speed. keep an eye out for cops that sit on overpasses and clock oncoming traffic and same thing with curves in the highway and many times they keep an eye out for the left lane since its where 90% of the speeders are at. remember many state troopers no longer have external sirens so form a distance they might not look like cops.

where in GA you going to?

good luck and safe driving

Well weed got me to quit drinking! It's a cheaper fix in my opinion.
