What you experienced is called a whitey. I read somewhere that it is caused by your blood pressure rising or lowering drastically. Dunno how true that is.

That sounds about right. When alot of blood rushes to your head in a quick shot, it causes you to feel... well, frankly. Like hell warmed up.

Best thing to do in a whitey crisis imo, is to just chill, put some music on, drink fluids (preferably water, nothing fizzy) and eat some crisps or something for energy.
