How to get rid of a skunk?

Woke up this morning went out to my garage opened the door and hello! Guess what was staring back at me? A skunk, I looked at him he looked at me I closed the door and locked him in there. I came back like ten minuetes later to see if I was tripping out or not and I opened the door and got the most repulsive odor flowing up my nostrils.

Exactly what should I do there is a skunk in my garage and who knows if it has rabies or not.

i'd say call animal control. or pest control. whatever. or get a big bag of weed, hold it outside the door, and open the door, the skunk will smell itself and run outside.

yeah, go catch it, trim him, and then hang him for about 3 months in a dry dark room, might give you a nice buzz

best and cheapest thing to do is just air it out, don't really know how long it would take though

Jesus, what kinda skunk takes 3 months to dry?

what ever you do...DONT lure him out with food...he's gonna start thinking your garage is an easy place to get fed..

It was probably a mother skunk who has taken refuge in the garage....to give birth. Bet ya got 4 or 5 of them tiny little buggers in there by now. Good luck
