the bombings can be no surprise

Post by weedguru_animal »

we invade countries on the basis of lies. we stand by and do nothing whilst leaders around the world( some us or uk supported) commit genocide. we attack countries when terrorists attack our countries or those of our allies. we kill innocent civilians every time we go to war, so the next person who feels outraged at this attack i must ask what do you feel when an afgani village is bombed by mistake and 50 farmers sluaghtered?
as a country, the uk has many enemies and has acclerated the growth of the hatred by embarking on military operations which at best seem guided by financial issues rather than any real and determined efforts to spread democracy.
no surprise that finally the uk has been attacked, as sickening as the attacks were, we can only feel fortunate that we havbe not suffered like the people in new york on that fateful day in that sickineing september, though my sypmathy goes to the families who have lost loved ones who were doing nothing more than what they do every day, go to work or meet a freind, or take a walk...
a bad day, buts its been coming since bush was elected

it must be accepted that as a country , we too, kill many innocent people in other areas of the world.

Like I said in the other topic, this was bound to happen someday. And now we're going to fight terrorism with more terrorism, some other city is gonna get hit and then we're back where we fucking started.

The sad thing is Humanity as a whole will never learn from its mistakes. The same Jaded Politics, and world leaders give different seeches for the same thing they did last year.

It is very sad when we go to other countries and make mistakes, like slaughtering civilians, if every thing is so high tech, and our armies so well trained, then why do these errors happen? well ill tell you the sad truth. those people who make that error, don't care, if they did, they would take better care punching buttons on a computer 30 miles away.
they don't see the people being blown up, all they see is blips on a radar and then no blips.

Basicaly about all this war and shit, is no one is in controll any more. right now its a wild card jumble, and its the people that suffer the most.
You are as you are the way you are because you are, and chage will come when and if it should. So relax, stop worring about the unforseen, and live life.

the Ram Janmabhoomi is supposed to be the site of Lord Ram's birth (according to Hindu mythology) and there used to be a mosque there...

Attack on Ayodhya's Ram Janmabhoomi Repulsed

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

LUCKNOW (AP, ToI, PTI) -- In a likely suicide attack, unidentified militants blew up a security wall and stormed the Ram Janmabhoomi complex in Ayodhya July 5, setting off a fierce gun battle with security personnel that left five other attackers dead.
Police found the remains of a man they believe either deliberately or unwittingly triggered the blast that launched the assault, said Jyoti Sinha, chief of the Central Reserve Police Force at Ram Janmabhoomi.

``There were six militants. Five of them were killed by the security forces. Another body, torn into pieces, was found near the scene of the blast. He was perhaps used as a human bomb,'' Sinha said. The assault lasted nearly two hours and three security forces suffered injuries, he added.

"The situation in Ayodhya is normal and there has been no damage to the (temple) structure," Home Minister Shivraj Patil told reporters in New Delhi. He also appealed to political and religious leaders to desist from inflammatory statements that could disrupt communal harmony.

The attackers used two vehicles in the assault--a Jeep loaded with bombs that blew up part of a wall on the periphery of the high-security complex, and a taxi in which they traveled to the complex posing as tourists, said Alok Sinha, the home secretary of Uttar Pradesh. The taxi driver was arrested and was being questioned, he said.

Security officials in the capital, New Delhi, said they had advance intelligence indicating that militant groups were planning to attack religious sites.
