help with fertilizing

hey i have some questions about fertilizing and feeding my plants..

i read that for vegitative state you should use:

1 tsp 20-20-20 plant food, with trace elements
1/2 teaspoon Epsom Salts

per gallon of water.

so here are my questions about that:

-- what are the trace elements i should look for in a fertilizer?
-- how often do i give them this water solution
-- how much of this water should i give them each time
-- should i put it in before or after normal water, or does this count as normal water..

and about water in general:

-- how often should i water, and how much water should i give each time?

also for flowering stages i read that i should use:

1 tsp high P plant food, such as 15-30-15, or 5-50-17
1/2 tspn epsom salts
1 tspn Trace Element food

per gallon of water

so my questions for this are:

-- what are the trace elements i should get for flowering?
-- how often do i give them this water solution
-- how much of this water should i give them each time
-- should i put it in before or after normal water, or does this count as normal water..

and finally, is this all i have to give them?

-- what are the trace elements i should look for in a fertilizer?

The main three elements are Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium. The trace elements should be something like this:

CALCIUM is used by your plants to strengthen stems and stalks. Also important for root growth, especially root tips/

SULPHER, is for your plants production of protiens, needed specifically in the younger, newer leaves. Also important in the vegative growths of Marijuana. Also necessary for chlorophyll production.

MANGANESE is essential to your plants production of needed Chlorophyll.

BORON is responsible for stem and stalk production, and aiding in leaf structure, colouring, and production.

ZINC is crucial to the production of leaves, and stems. Zinc, is necessary for the production of proteins and affects plant size and maturity.

COPPER", is responible for healthy and vigourous plant growth, also responsible for strong stems, and stalks in Marijuana. Also Copper is necessary for the production of proteins and is important for reproduction.

how often do i give them this water solution

I give my solutions just about everytime I water which can be around every two sometimes three days. I let the plants dry out almost to the point where they wilter before re-watering. Be careful not to give to mant fertz though, it could kill your plant. If they start to look funny, do just plain water for a bit. 2 weeks or so before harvest i stop all fertz , do just water. otherwise the weed will get a funny taste. REa the instructions on the fertz carefully.

how much of this water should i give them each time

As much as they need, I have really no idea in quantity because I use this big spray hose that comes out of a 25 gllon bucket. I water until water comes out the bottom of the plants.

should i put it in before or after normal water, or does this count as normal water..

Your fert mixture is mixed in with normal water, this counts as water.
