Drug policy of the Netherlands
Large-scale dealing, production, import and export are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, even if this does not supply end users or coffeeshops with more than the allowed amounts.
Offences against the Narcotics Act are punished severely, but the penalties for soft drug offences are less severe than those for hard drug offences. Top priority is given to investigating imports and exports of hard drugs, and the heaviest penalties apply to these offences.
Offences and sentences
SOFT DRUGS
import/export 4 years € 45.000
sale/transport/production* 2 years € 11.200
possession of more than 30 grams 2 years € 11.200
sale/production/possession of up to 30 grams 1 month € 2.200
The laws are the same for foreigners and for Dutch people.
Prison
In prison, there are foreigners (specially European) addicts too. The information about their detention is not given to their own country; except when they are dangerous or when the offence is heavy (Europol affair), they are not sent back to their country; suspect is not enough, they must be really condemned through a judge. Every prisoner has right to an barrister, free of charge. Doctors and psychologists, social workers are available when it is necessary. The drug addict can get methadone every day without problems; the dose and duration of the substitution is established through each penitential centre's doctor and it can be slightly different from a jail to an other one; the aim is still the abstinence. The drug use is not tolerated and there are no syringe exchange programs.
Damn....

I feel for ya buddy

Here they are not in cig packs, you cannot bring cig packs into the prison, You have to buy them from within the prison. Tennis balls work for some prisons, for others they don't. The most common method is by plugging ones anal or vaginal orfice depending on the inmates sex
. But every prison has its ways, every country too because the prison security level varies.

From what i know about jails id say; small, damp, hard beds,no pillows, bad food, huge same sex cell partner with this grin and twink in his eyes that makes you wanna bust out and run as far as possibleGAZ wrote:Hey funk, Glad to hear its all ok. Wat was jail like?
ofcourse this comes from a deluted mind filled with cartoon images and weed, never been there myself, except for when we went there in movies/cartoons etc
Computer games don't affect kids. I mean, if Pac-Man had affected us as kids, we would all be running around darkened rooms, munching magic pills, and listening to repetitive electronic music.
